Dear Colleagues, Friends, & Supporters,

It is August and it is time for us to think about planning the next semester. One of the important aspects of an inquiry-based classroom is to get to know your audience well as soon as possible. In our newest blog Phil Hotchkiss describes what is special about the "math for liberal arts" students and his tools for addressing this particular audience.

We are also excited to travel to Cornell University and Ithaca College for another IBL workshop this month!

If you are planning your MLA class for the fall and need support, please contact us. We are happy to help. You can also visit us in Westfield, MA during the semester to observe our classes and discuss the nuts and bolts of teaching IBL in an MLA class. We love visitors.

Sincerely,

Julian Fleron, Phil Hotchkiss, Volker Ecke, & Christine von Renesse.
